Mold Remediation Florida coordinates licensed mold inspection, air and surface testing, mold remediation, crawl space and slab moisture treatment, HVAC and air duct cleaning, flood and storm damage treatment, and post-remediation clearance testing services across Florida. Services are performed by appropriately licensed personnel in accordance with applicable Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) requirements for mold-related services.
Initial visual inspections are typically provided at no cost for standard single-family residential properties, as described on individual service pages. Any remediation pricing or scope of work is determined following a documented inspection and, where applicable, independent laboratory analysis of collected samples. Verbal estimates provided without a documented inspection should not be relied upon as final pricing. Final pricing may be adjusted if conditions discovered during the course of work differ materially from what was identified during the initial inspection, and we will communicate any such changes before proceeding with additional work.
Appointment availability is subject to change based on demand, weather conditions (particularly during active storm events), and technician availability. We ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel a scheduled appointment. Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may affect future scheduling priority.
Payment terms, including any deposit requirements for larger remediation projects, will be specified in your service agreement or invoice prior to work beginning. For insurance-related claims, we can provide documentation formatted for submission to your carrier, but you remain responsible for payment of services rendered regardless of the outcome or timing of any insurance claim, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
